In Compliance, you can load multiple Facilities and assign them to your cleared personnel. This support article instructs Admins on how to add facilities to your account.
Log into your account and click the Administration icon in the left side panel.
Select Facilities. You can view existing and add new facilities from here.
Click the + Add Facility button in the top-right corner.
Create your Facility, including mandatory details such as Legal Name and Cage Code. Optional fields include Alias Name, Employer ID Number, and DUNS number.
Adding Personnel to a Facility
1. To add personnel to your facility, click the Facility name, then select the Personnel tab.
2. Click + Add Personnel
3. Search for a specific user or use the filters to limit down the personnel list.
4. Once you've found the correct users(s), select the checkbox to the left of their name. You can select more than one to assign personnel in bulk.
5. Click Save to complete the process.
