The resource availability calendar provides portal users with a full list of resources available within their selected Site. This feature enables quick and easy access to view available resources, locate them on the space map, assess overall space utilisation during specific periods, and book resources on behalf of members.

This calendar view can be filtered by site, space, keyword, status, category, booking time range, attributes, and minimum capacity.

Log in to your Sign In App portal and navigate to Spaces > Resources > List view:

Alternatively, you can view where on a map resources are available by switching to the Map view:

You can use the top filter bar to filter by date, time, or click on Filters to further filter your view by keyword, status, category, capacity, and attribute(s):

If a resource is available, this will be shown by a green dot. If a resource has been booked for the date/time specified in your filter, this will show as an orange dot:

You can click into a resource to view it's full availability, including any existing bookings. You can also book a resource from this page on behalf of a repeat group member:

The details tab will show you any additional details about the resource, including notes, attributes, details about the space that the resource is a part of, and an option to subscribe to the individual resources calendar.
