ID Scanning

The ID Scanning feature allows visitors to quickly scan a wide range of identity documents at the kiosk, automatically capturing key information like name, address, and date of birth to streamline the sign-in process.

Important: ID Scanning is only available to Enhanced & Pro subscriptions.

ID Scanning

Our ID scanning feature allows you to configure specific visitor groups to be prompted to scan their ID at the Kiosk when signing in. This feature supports over 2,500 identity documents from more than 140 countries including:

  • Passports & Visas

  • National ID Cards

  • Driver’s Licenses

  • Residence & Work permits

  • Social Security Cards

  • Health Insurance Cards

This quick and seamless process will prompt the user to present their ID and will guide them to ensure it is positioned correctly to capture the information. Following a successful scan of an ID, the visitor's full name is populated during the sign in process, and the image of the ID that was captured, along with data recorded from the ID, will be visible in the Sign In App Portal Today page and History report.
