Deliveries allow you to keep track of parcels coming onto your site and notify the recipient that they have an item ready to pick up. Our smart label feature automatically finds the recipient’s name by scanning the address label using a devices built-in camera. There is also the option to search for the name manually for those times where the package is large, heavy or bulky.
Set up
The first step is to add a group for deliveries. Head to Manage > Visitor Groups and then select Add deliveries:
You can then edit your group settings.

Search for a name
To sign in a delivery by searching for a name, you first need to enter the package recipient. Start typing the person's name and this should bring up a list of possible recipients Select the right person and press Continue. You will then need to enter the number of packages being delivered.
Collect a delivery
Select this option to collect a delivery. Once clicked, a list of deliveries available for collection will show. Select the delivery to be collected. By default, a signature is required for the delivery to be signed out. This is to help you ensure that the correct person has picked up their parcel.
The Online Portal
In the online portal, head to you Activity page and then select your Deliveries tab:
Add delivery
From here you can add a delivery by clicking Add delivery. You can filter this view further by editing the date range, and status of Collected/Uncollected. You can also search for a delivery using the search bar.
To collect a delivery, select the delivery you would like to collect from the list. This will open the below drawer where you can make any edits required, add notes if needed, and then when you are happy click Mark as collected:
You will see a warning that deliveries must be collected directly if a signature is required. If you are happy to proceed, click Mark as collected again:
The package will now be marked as collected on your deliveries tab.
