Sign In App for iPad and Android is designed to be easy to use, so everyone passing through your reception has an enjoyable experience signing in to your site. The app has two modes.
Make a great first impression. Personalised with your logo, your Welcome screen presents a series of screens that walk your visitors through your sign in process. Each stage of the process can be customised or switched off if required. Visitors sign out when they leave your site.
Before you start reception mode, you have the option to connect a printer in Settings. This mode also gives you the option to view the fire/evacuation list from the tablet, sign out all visitors, and remove the device from the site.
Tip: If your device is connected to a site and local settings are available, the app will automatically start in settings. If not, you will be asked to enter an authorisation code. To generate an authorisation code from the online portal, follow these steps.
