Highlights
Preparation and follow-up time on Exchange-connected rooms now shows as busy in Outlook, so other people can no longer book into it. Synchronisation work continues on Outlook add-in bookings that are not sent straight away. Display panels can now book on sites that require notes, and administrators have a way to move catering orders to pick-up when a delivery address is retired.

Booking & Synchronisation
Unsent Add-in Bookings: Room bookings made with the Outlook add-in are no longer removed from Planner when the meeting is sent later, or when a room is added to an existing meeting and saved later. [BAM-691]
Duplicate Clean-up Emails: Planner no longer sends a cancellation email when it removes a duplicate add-in booking for a meeting that still exists. [BAM-644]
Unsent Recurring Meetings: Recurring meetings booked through the Outlook add-in but never sent from Outlook are now removed from Planner instead of holding rooms, and a user's first recurring series booked through the add-in is now synchronised. [SHI-808]
Series Cancellation: Cancelling a whole recurring series from Outlook now also removes occurrences that had been cancelled and later restored. [PHO-440]
Billing Note from Outlook: Meetings booked from a plain Outlook room invitation now take the organiser's saved billing note, which then carries into catering orders added in Planner. [PHO-431]
Always Ask Me: The site's default billing account and meeting type no longer override a user's "always ask me" preference in the old booking experience and the older Outlook add-in. [PHO-446]
Saved Billing Note: The old booking experience now shows the user's saved billing note from the start, as the New Booking Experience does. [PHO-452]
Multiple Tenants: Free rooms in one Microsoft tenant are no longer shown as unavailable when a room in another tenant is booked at the same time. [PHO-462]
Catering & Equipment
Retired Delivery Addresses: Orders whose delivery address has been disabled can now be switched to pick-up in the old booking experience, and administrators can move affected orders to pick-up in bulk from the Location page, optionally notifying the people who ordered. [PHO-365]
Changing Delivery Address: In the old booking experience, moving a catering line to another delivery address no longer leaves the previous delivery fee on the order or stops checkout. [PHO-385]
Price Changes: Increasing the quantity of a catering item whose price has changed now applies the new unit price. [PHO-403]
Buffer Times at Checkout: Removing catering that needs preparation and follow-up time at Checkout now clears those buffer times on the Room tab straight away. [BAM-672]
All Day Equipment: Switching a booking to All Day now warns straight away when equipment is not available for the whole day, and switching back restores the original times. [PHO-363]
Display
Required Notes: Panels can now book rooms on sites that require a meeting type note or billing note, and Display settings warn administrators when panel bookings would fail. [PHO-454]
Failed Panel Bookings: A booking that fails on a panel no longer leaves an empty "Spontaneous meeting" in Planner. [PHO-453]
Service Account Errors: Display administration now shows a clear message instead of a technical error when the Planner service account cannot sign in. [BAM-675]
Logos and Images: Logos and room images are shown again on panels using the standard designs. [SHI-792]
Outlook Add-in
Shared Calendars: The add-in now finds the booking for a meeting in a shared or delegated mailbox, so a single occurrence of a recurring series can be edited. [PHO-429]
Save Errors: When a booking cannot be saved, the add-in now gives the correct reason for a costless billing account, a closing period or a VIP category, instead of a wrong message or an error code. [PHO-458]
Multi-Day Meetings: Rooms and equipment already booked on any day of a multi-day meeting are now shown as unavailable, instead of the booking failing on save. [BAM-673]
Duplicate Bookings: The add-in no longer opens a blank booking form for an existing meeting when Outlook briefly fails to identify it, which could lead to a duplicate booking. [SHI-790]
Email Notifications, Reporting & Insights
Cancellation Emails: Cancellation emails now list the room, catering and equipment that were booked. [PHO-416]
Insights Bookings: The Insights Bookings page now loads the room bookings table for every location. [BAM-700]
Insights Charts: Axis labels on the room size charts in Insights are now shown in full. [BAM-704]
Insights Menu: The Insights menu now highlights the current page straight after navigating, including with the browser's Back and Forward buttons. [PHO-447]
Insights Filters: The "All locations" and "All rooms" filters in Insights no longer show an "X" button that did nothing. [PHO-464]
Administrative & API
Resource Deletion: Deleting a resource now warns how many future meetings use it and can remove it from them, sending an update email to the owners of unlocked meetings. [PHO-422]
Resource Export: The resource CSV export now includes the ordering deadline type, the deadline and the resource's attributes. [PHO-433]
Default Note: In Billing settings, Default note is now marked as required where it is needed, and the error appears under the field before saving. [PHO-476]
Buffer Changes: Changing a room's preparation or follow-up time now shows a confirmation explaining that the new times apply only to new bookings and to bookings where a resource is changed. [BAM-674]
Department Sorting: Departments are now listed alphabetically in the Linking step when editing a user imported from Active Directory. [PHO-436]
UI/UX & Reporting
Long Location Names: Long location names now wrap within the meeting details panel. [PHO-435]
Long Service Names: In the New Booking Experience Catering tab, long service names now wrap instead of overlapping the price. [PHO-450]
Create Meeting Button: On My Calendar, the Create meeting button no longer stays loading after pressing the browser's Back button. [PHO-438]
